1. Services Provided
Seoulix Technologies provides elite digital transformation services including AI integration, custom software engineering, and architectural consulting. All deliverables are subject to the specific Statement of Work (SOW) signed by both parties.
2. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise specified in writing, all source code and design assets created during the engagement remain the property of Seoulix until final payment is received, upon which ownership transfers to the Client.
3. Limitation of Liability
Seoulix Technologies operates with the highest standards of precision. However, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses resulting from the use of our digital solutions beyond the professional indemnity limits.
